RADICAL CHANGE
Africa shall eradicate Corruption from the Motherland. We will prosecute both the corrupt and the corrupter regardless of their geographic position on Earth. The children of Africa will be taught to love honesty and will learn to despise jealousy, greed and illegal gain.
Public Service & Servant Leadership
Servant Leadership must be a value fostered and developed among the African workforce. Public Servants work for the people and not the other way around.
- The public servant has the duty to serve the nation. The public servant shall perform his duty with humility.
- The cult of personality is forbidden. A program to benefit society or an idea must be put forth and not the individual.
Lean Government
- Streamlining the government's daily workflow for optimal efficiency.
- Limiting and reducing government expenditure.
- Developing a cost-effective and efficient administration that saves taxpayer money.
- Systematically identify, classify, and tackle government spending and waste.
- Continuously getting valuable feedback from involved stakeholders (general public, companies, and public servants) to improve the system.
- Incentive: To offer a bonus of 10% of the amount saved to the team or employee who helped the nation save money without compromising the quality of the service. The maximum bonus to be awarded will not exceed $1 million.

STRIPPING POLITICIANS OF THEIR POWERS
Giving Democracy Back to Its Rightful Owners
– Politicians will have their assets and financial resources placed under extreme scrutiny. Their expenses will be classified as Public Records.
– Elected Officials shall receive a very modest salary.
– Candidates for elected office will be held accountable to any declaration made to the public.
– False claims made by politicians shall result in their banning from running to any public office during their lifetime.
– An elected Official who desire to switch political party shall resign from the office he was elected.
– The Elected official shall reside in the circumscription he represents.
– The elected official and public worker is obligated to give an account of the work accomplished to the Nation on a quarterly basis.
POLITICAL PARTIES & CONGRESS
Political Parties
– Parties can be formed with a minimum of 1,000 members. Members pay an annual membership fee used to finance the party’s activities.
– Citizens will fund the parties. No foreign contribution will be allowed.
– Parties cannot be funded by corporations.
– One single person cannot fund more than 20% of the party’s total yearly budget.
– Citizen who are members of a political party will receive a tax-break as an incentive.
Policy Based Congress
– Congress shall discuss, vote, and pass all the laws and policies voted by the citizens of Africa and presented by the candidates during the presidential campaign.
– No congressman or senator shall switch political parties during his mandate.
– Elected Congressman shall never vote for a policy that goes against the program he was voted to represent.
Politicians Revisited
Politicians will have their finances under extreme scrutiny. African politicians shall be known for their love for the motherland. Politicians have the duty of teaching civic duties to their policies supporters.
Political Campaign Donation
The finances of the political parties shall be under extreme scrutiny. The parties also have the duty of making their finances public, as they are considered public record by law.
GOVERNMENT & TRANSPARENCY
A COMPLETE PARADIGM SHIFT
The children of Africa shall completely rethink the way government shall run.
Policy Based Leadership
- The leader who does not accomplish 90 percent of the program voted by the people will not be eligible for another term during his entire life.
- Exemption will apply in case of natural disaster or war, in that case the leader is eligible for candidacy for no more than one term during his whole life on Earth.
WhistleBlower & Anti-corruption
- The Whistleblower is awarded 15% of the money recovered from a corruption scheme or an embezzlement.
- Protection will be insured by a special law enforcement unit under the jurisdiction of Ethica.
Transparency of Public Expenditure
- Transparent administration is crucial for the trust African will place in its institution. - Data related to government expenses are public domain (except Defense Black Projects).
Public Audit
- Undeclared, illegal, and/or assets with untraceable origins will be seized and sold to public auction.
- The proceeds will be used to promote educational and youth entrepreneurship.
- Individuals found guilty of corruption will be incarcerated.
