We the People of Africa our Motherland, with the goal of creating a better nation, choose to implement a framework of policies conducive to this end. Thus, for the prosperity of Africa our motherland, spearheaded by Africans for the benefits of Africans, ensuring the protection of our motherland, promoting and rewarding the innovative spirit of its inhabitants as we all work toward a harmonious and prosperous civilization,
we the children of Africa, choose to create together a greater union:
The United States of Africa.

EDUCATION

For Africa by Africans 

For Africa by Africans 

Africa will be built and developed by the children of Africa and no one else. The true wealth of Africa is her citizens, well-trained and devoted to the well-being of their families and communities.

The Subjects and Skills taught to the children of Africa will be designed and developed by Africans from all walks of life to empower everyone to master the skills necessary to thrive in our society: critical thinking, spoken and written communication, emotional intelligence, multimedia, and any marketable skills, while preserving one’s dignity in our society.

Ubuntu – “I am who am I am because of whom we all are” – will not just be taught, but will be an intrinsic part of our daily lives and the ethos of our economy.

Market Inclined Educational System – Companies, Civil Societies and Local Governments will work together on a weekly basis to assess and define the skills needed to fulfill the positions currently available in the market and to forecast the needs of the market for the months and years to come. Doing so will ensure the readiness of the children of Africa to prosper in the current and future economies.

History – To improve their ability to project themselves into the future, African children will be taught the true history of their ancestors, civilizations, and heroes; our cultural wealth in all its diversity, and what makes us Africans.

Colonization – Colonization must be called by its true name; a foreign military occupation and taught through the lenses of the local populations. Pan-African experts and university professors will be working together to create an authentic curriculum, scholastic research, comic-strips, movie documentaries, and the like.

Centuries of Shame The children of Africa will be taught not to hate the other races, but to be fully aware of what they did to Africans around the world throughout history. Never again will African stories be taught to Africans by foreigners. Africans will be proud of their origin, and will remember the “Centuries of Shame” without holding a grudge, but being prepared against any potential invasion.

HEALTHCARE

For Africa by Africans 

Naturopathy & Afrotherapy – African experts are to fulfill the medical needs of our population. Financial and technological resources will be made available to increase the capacity of African laboratories. Research and Development Funds will be created. This allows the study and Implementation of nature-based medicine as part of the solution to support our healthcare system. It is a matter of National Security.

Flora Creation of the African Flora Institute of Research and Development, known as Flora. The institute will support itself by licensing for commercial purposes all the patents it will register and exploit for the benefit of Africans and the populations living far beyond our Motherland.

ECONOMY

For Africa by Africans 

Africa’s Central Bank & Currency Africa will create its very own currency and will back its currency with a basket of natural resources such as Gold, Diamonds, Rare Earth Elements, etc.

Natural Resources Africa will limit the export of its natural resources and will sell them mainly under the form of finished products. Raw materials will be sold at the same price as the finished product. Any raw material exported outside of Africa will incur an exportation tax. Companies exploiting Africa’s natural resources and its raw material must be 60% owned by a citizen of Africa.

Strategic Industries – Foreign entities cannot own a total of more than forty percent (40%) of a national company, or a sector deemed to belong to the strategic sector of the country. The sectors concerned are Energy, Transportation, Data, Computing Technology, Telecommunication, Media, Agriculture, Education, Healthcare, and Defense (must be African majority owned).

AfriData Warehousing – This Agency will be developing adequate infrastructure for collecting and analyzing the data necessary to implement local and statewide policies in all aspects of government, such as but not limited to the Economy, Education, Professional Development, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Defense, and Urban development.

Develop Captains of Industries by establishing an international trade policy framework engineered to facilitate the growth of local industries while encouraging local-to-local market competition and discouraging monopolies.

Industry & Innovation Open Marketplace Investment for Africa by Africans. Investors take part during investment rounds in innovative African owned companies and share the profit as the projects become profitable. Projects on the marketplace are backed and vouched by the Central Government after a careful vetting process.

Internet – Digital Highway Infrastructure created by African innovators will allow even the most remote villages to be connected to the web.

Food Security – Self-sufficient communities following self-sufficient farming systems such as the Songhaï Farm model will be developed in each region to promote local farming and simplify the food supply chain network.

INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS

Diaspora Pipeline – Creation of a Bureau and a set of Policies designed to attract and facilitate the return of the Diaspora back to the Motherland

“Africa does not need to borrow money from the IMF, the World Bank, nor any predatory lender.”

Foreign Aid – Africa will not borrow money from the IMF, the World Bank, nor from any predatory lender. Foreign Aid shall be banned from Africa and should only be used as a last resort after every single other option has been exhausted. Foreign Aid negotiated on the behalf of the African people shall be accepted only after a public hearing and a full disclosure of the terms of the aid have been made to the African people. No aid shall be accepted unless the entities (companies, organization) performing the activities necessary to complete the projects soliciting the aid are fully owned by Africans nationals and legally registered to conduct business in Africa.

Transparency in Foreign Aid Any foreign aid will be called by its name. No more calling Donations, funds that are actually loans. A clear distinction must be made between the aid, the loan, and the donation.

All aid will be subject to a referendum by the African citizens, who will determine its adoption.

Ethica – Administrators of Foreign Aid shall agree to disclose their assets and make themselves available for investigation by Ethica (Ethic Commission & Anti Corruption Investigation Agency). All the information collected is automatically part of the Public Domain.

DEFENSE

For Africa by Africans

Defense System & Intelligence The establishment of a Defense industry capable of manufacturing high-grade weapons and ammunition to insure the protection of our motherland against any foreign and domestic threats. The Defense industry must be run 100% by Africans for Africans.

Military Service – To protect the motherland and Africans, the children of Africa will be trained to fight wars and develop the necessary skills to ensure national security in key defense sectors, as well as skills for survival in times of war, new exploration, natural disasters and the like.

MEDIA

For Africa by Africans

The Media and the Press must be free from any government pressure while respecting the ancestral moral values and the Ubuntu philosophy, modesty, and the promotion of community well-being, and must not favor the glorification of self or money and riches.

Campaigns to support the policies drafted in The African Manifesto. Success stories, Denouncing corruption, Promoting new ways of thinking, understanding where we come from. Promoting Self-Determination and love for the Motherland.

Self-Image – African beauty and Fashion shall be defined through the lenses of Africa for Africans and by Africans. Africans are beautiful and are created by design and for a noble purpose.

ANTI-CORRUPTION & GOVERNMENT

For Africa by Africans

Public Servants work for the people and not the other way around. Any public servant, regardless of their status, has the duty to serve the nation. Although they deserve to be respected as any other citizen, public servants will be systematically discouraged from developing a cult of personality. Leaders must demonstrate a love for the motherland and a desire to see Africa and its inhabitants prosper.

Lean Government – Less is more. The Lean Government Agency will ensure that the government works as efficiently as possible for the optimal functioning of society while saving taxpayer contributions. Government spending and waste will be systematically tackled.

Policy Based Voting – No longer shall Africans only vote for the leader but rather, voting will be based on the program, ideas, vision and policies proposed by the candidates. The candidate will propose a change in every part of African society: education, agriculture, telecommunications, culture, energy, construction and urban development, commerce and industry, economy and finance, technology, healthcare, defense, foreign affairs, homeland affairs, labor, and justice. In each area, the citizen will vote separately for his favorite policy selected among all those proposed by the candidate. The policies with the most votes will be adopted and implemented during the presidential mandate. The candidate with the most votes will lead the government.

Policy-Based Congress – Congress shall discuss, vote, and pass all the laws and policies voted by the citizen of Africa and presented by the candidates during the presidential campaign.

Policy-Based Leadership – A leader who does not complete 90 percent of the program approved by the people will be ineligible for another term for the rest of his life. Exemption will be applied in the case of a natural disaster or war. In that case, the leader is eligible for candidacy for no more than one term during his whole life on Earth.

WhistleBlower Anti-corruption – The whistleblower will be granted 15% of the money recovered from a corruption scheme or an embezzlement case and will be protected by a special law enforcement unit under the jurisdiction of Ethica.

Transparency of Public Expenditure Transparent administration is crucial for the trust Africans will place in their institutions. Data related to government expenses is public domain (except for Defense Black Projects).

Public Audit Undeclared, illegal, and/or assets with untraceable origins will be seized and sold at public auction. The proceeds will be used to promote educational and youth entrepreneurship. Individuals found guilty of corruption will be incarcerated.
