AFRICAN FREEDOM

“Africa shall not borrow money from the IMF, the World Bank, nor from any other predatory lender. Africa shall no longer accept Foreign Aid.”

AFRICA SETS ITS OWN TRAJECTORY

No longer shall any foreign government dictate Africa's fate. Therefore, conditional Foreign Aid to Africa shall become a thing of the past. The children of Africa will be an active and vibrant part of the decision process in the governing of our Motherland.

Facilitate The Diaspora's Return

Providing tools, data, and a staff dedicated to assist the Diaspora in their return to the motherland.

Diaspora Solutions

Involving the Diaspora to solve the problem of Africa. To fully prosper, Africa needs to embrace and tap into the experience and know-how of all its children.

Full Transparency in Foreign Aid

A continental referendum shall be organized before accepting Foreign Aid. No aid shall be accepted unless the entities (companies, organization) completing the projects are fully owned by Africans nationals and legally registered in Africa. Full disclosure is required.

WhistleBlower Anti-Corruption

Administrators of the Foreign Aid shall agree to disclose their assets and make themselves available for investigation by Ethica (Ethic Commission & Anti Corruption Investigation Agency). Any individual proven of corruption will serve a life-sentence and will reimburse the loss.

ORGANIZING THE RETURN OF THE DIASPORA

The Diaspora Connection Bureau

– The Bureau will design the right environment to facilitate the return of the children of Africa back to the Motherland. 

– The Bureau will also provide Business Investment Opportunities to the Diaspora. Providing access to reliable and accurate data to the returning individual will empower them to make better decision for their families and career.

Research & Development

Assisting the returning individual to finding a job based on their qualification and experience, with the transfer of his funds to a local Bank. Assisting the individual also in finding decent housing, enrolling his children to the local school. 

Three 40ft Containers Exemption

The returning individual and his family shall receive a 1time/1trip exemption from the Customs of three 40Ft shipping containers to move back to the motherland with his personal and commercial equipments.

Diaspora Solutions

Creation of a Think Tank harnessing the power and know-how of the Diaspora. For every challenge faced in Africa, there is an African in the Diaspora who lives in a country where this challenge has been solved. The Diaspora will offer solutions to the problems Africa is trying to solve.

Reward Incentives – When a solution provided is selected by the local government, a stipend will be offered to the person who provided the solution. 

Business Incentives – When the solution is provided by a company affiliated to the member of the Diaspora, a commission and a partnership agreement will be established under specific conditions to avoid abuses.

ANTI CORRUPTION INVESTIGATION AGENCY

Ethica + International Finance

Elected officials, government contractors, and the entire government workforce will have their finances under extreme scrutiny to detect and easily audit any discrepancy. The goal is to eradicate corruption in the Motherland. 

Transparency in International Loans

The seldom existence of International Loans will be the fruit of The Motherland Pride, a simple ideology aiming at instilling in people the ability to rely on our own resources and abilities. Public workers, governments officials will have their expenses classified as Public Record and any discrepancy in public spending will have to be justified. Failure to justify an expense or any illegal expense will result in the seizure of the worker's asset to recoup the funds. If no asset can be recouped, funds will be withdrawn from their retirement account.

Deep Cleansing Treasury Recovery

Starting with the government officials, government contractors and any government employee, as well as the rest of the population, any individual will have to justify the source of their assets and financial resources. Failure to prove the origin of the assets will result in their seizure. The proceeds will be used to fund youth education and venture capital.
A curriculum will be developed to train our youth to embrace a set of values that prevent corruption in the nation. Values such as - but not limited to - honesty, the love for the Motherland, the love for our communities will be an intrinsic part of our Education System.
