A functional administration improves the productivity of its citizen. A public administration free from corruption increases the citizen's adhesion to our Social Contract. When there is a continuum in citizen's trust in our Social Contract, Order and prosperity pursue their natural course.
Housing Bureau
Creation of a single Bureau where the citizen can conduct all the necessary business operations to purchase, sale, rent, donate a piece of real estate for both business and residential purpose.
Business Bureau
Creation of a Bureau where every administrative services are under one roof. All the services and licensing are interconnected, reducing the need to provide identical documentation for each service.
The Citizen Bureau
Any other bureaucracy requirement can be completed in this Bureau. Birth Certificate, Adoption certificate, Marriage license, Divorce certificate, Death certificate, Driver license. The Housing Bureau and the Business Bureau will be located in the same building. The Citizen Bureau will be located in every borough of the Motherland.

Blockchain Single Point of Retrieval
Any request made on the data of the citizen is logged and recorded on the blockchain accessible to the citizen at anytime. One document rule them all. The concept is very simple: We upload the citizen data once, and it will be accessible at the citizen authorization to any requesting Governmental Agency requesting it to complete a paperwork required by the citizen.
The African Motherboard will therefore serve as a hub for all the information related to the citizen.
– The African Warfare Agency – The Agency coordinates all the military strategies necessary to protect the Motherland and ensure the other branches of our Defense System work together in complete synergy.
– The African Warfare Academy is responsible to train and ensure that all the members of our Defense System are well-trained and abide to the African Manifest and the Doctrine of the Motherland. The Africa Warfare Academy overseas the Military Service.
AWA2 is in charge of developing and establishing one Defense System and one Military Doctrine for the prosperity of the Motherland. No foreign government or foreign private entity shall have any business or involvement of any kind with AWA2.
